What it does

Built for the work that spans weeks, not minutes.

Subtasks that nest

Break any task into subtasks, and those into more. There is no depth limit, so a big piece of work can be as detailed as it needs to be.

Questions

What is F4Goals?

F4Goals is a free task manager built for work that takes more than one sitting. You group work into projects, break each task into nested subtasks, and track how far along each one is rather than only marking it done.

Is F4Goals free to use?

Yes. F4Goals is free. You can create an account and manage unlimited projects and tasks without paying anything, and no credit card is required to sign up.

How is F4Goals different from a normal to-do list app?

Most to-do apps only know two states: done and not done. F4Goals lets you set partial progress on any task by sliding it, so a task you are halfway through looks halfway through. Combined with nested subtasks, that makes long multi-day work far easier to see.

Can I break a big task into smaller ones?

Yes. Tasks nest to any depth, so a task can have subtasks and those subtasks can have their own. You can drag any task to reorder it or move it under a different parent, and the list reflows as you go.

Does F4Goals track streaks?

Yes. Your home screen shows a daily completion streak, a focus score, the total tasks you have finished, and a chart of your completions across the past seven days.

Can I use F4Goals on my phone?

Yes. F4Goals runs in any modern web browser and as a native Android app. Your projects, tasks, and progress sync across every device you sign in on.
